Watch Demi Lovato “Let It Go” In “Frozen” Video!

Winter came early today when Demi Lovato released her snowy themed music video for her new song “Let It Go.” The single is the first to be released from the soundtrack to Walt Disney Pictures’ 53rd animated feature, Frozen. The film which stars Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, Santino Fontana, Josh Gad and Alan Tudyk returns the Disney studio to the musical format they have become famous for, as the story is based on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale classic, The Snow Queen. The music was written by the husband and wife songwriting team of Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, they had worked with Disney previously on the 2011 updated version of Disney’s, Whinnie The Pooh . The Lopez team wrote “Let It Go”, and it is a musical performance from the film. Demi sings on the single version, but in the film the song is performed by Idina Menzel. Demi’s version is included on the soundtrack as the Pop version of the song, while the film’s score by Christopher Beck is also included on the soundtrack
Demi’s version of “Let It Go” is available for download on iTunes when you pre-order the soundtrack. It will be released by Walt Disney Records on November 25th, while the film will hit theatres in North America on November 27th. Until then, see clips from the film in Demi’s fun video below!
