The Dark Knight Crew Sing “Batman Maybe”

Most  who knows us here at the Clizbeats offices also knows that we are huge fans of Batman.  That’s why when we saw this latest music video interpretation of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe”, we just had to share it with you.  The high quality production is called “Batman Maybe”.  It is a series of scenes and characterizations based on the summer’s smash hit film, The Dark Knight Rises. The clip is even complete with the actors that play Officer Blake, Bane, Jim Gordon, and Catwoman singing in a band, trying to convince Bruce Wayne to come back and be Batman.  It is fantastic and needs to be watched.

We feel it’s fair to warn you, the song’s original lyrics are littered with spoilers about the Dark Knight plot.  If you haven’t seen it, it could either ruin or mislead you on certain plot points.  That being said, show it some love. Russ Russo, the video’s actor that play’s Bruce Wayne is apparently trying to get a road comedy film funded on Kickstarter. We think he deserves some love.  Do you agree?
