Ryan Seacrest And Us Weekly Confirm *N Sync Reunion

It looks like the rumors are true! This morning Ryan Seacrest helped firm up the speculation about the possible upcoming *N Sync reunion during a phone conversation with US Weekly’s Ian Drew. The two discussed more details that are coming to light about this performance with all 5 members at this Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards . “From what I’m hearing, yes. It is in the works,” Drew told On Air With Ryan Seacrest. Drew continued to say
“Now, that could fall apart at any minute … but it is from what sources say, happening. The guys are working on rehearsing and they’re going to be doing a little performance within Justin’s ( Timberlake’s) big performance.” As we mentioned previously, this is all connected to Justin receiving the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award this Sunday on the VMAs. Seacrest and Drew both acknowledged that having *N Sync be a part of that celebration is appropriate because many of some of JT’s best music videos, and much of his growth as a musician was with them.
This will be *N Sync’s first televised performance since their Bee Gee’s tribute at the 2003 Grammy Awards. Their last public appearance together as a group was in 2004 at their charity basketball game, *N Sync’s Challenge For The Children. Ever since talk of the reunion began from a published article by the New York Post yesterday, *N Sync has been trending on Twitter. Will this reunion possibly lead to the *N Sync members ever joining Justin on tour in some way in the future? Only time will tell, we will keep you posted
