It was not even six months ago when the English Boy Band One Direction was imported to the US, bringing with them an explosion of teen Pop music through their hits like, “One Thing”, and “What Makes You Beautiful” from their album Up All Night. Now the news has recently surfaced that the group is already prepping to release another album.
The group’s sophomore album has been reported to have a November release date. It is said to feature production from a who’s who of prominent Pop music producers. Some of those big names include, Dr. Luke, Shellback, Toby Gad, Ed Sheeran, and Tom Fletcher of the McFlys. The new album’s first single called, “Live While We’re Young,” was penned by renowned Pop music writers Savan Kotecha, Rami Yaccub, and Carl Falk. Aside from the rest of their career span of hits in their individual discographies, the three writers are best known in the world of One Direction for helping write the groups hits, “What Makes You Beautiful”, and “One Thing”. “Live While We’re Young,” is currently set to hit digital retailers on October 1st.
