On Sunday night music fans saw Adele’s triumphant return to the stage when she gave a fantastic performance of her Grammy Award winning smash hit, “Rolling In The Deep.” Her flawless vocals and soulful performance show why she and her album, 21 walked away with six Grammy Awards that night. However as many of you already know, it has been a long road to this Grammy success this past year. As we first reported to you in early October 2011, Adele suffered a very major career threatening vocal cord injury that caused her to cancel her sold out US tour, get emergency surgery, and not speak for much of the remainder of that year.
If you saw Adele perform on Sunday, she made something very serious look like nothing more than a foot note in the Adele history book. However this whole difficult ordeal as and much more was chronicled in Adele’s very candid interview with Anderson Cooper for 60 Minutes. It aired on CBS just before the Grammys. It is a really cool project that covers a lot in all things Adele! It is a must see if you have not already!
