Lil Wayne Bus Shooter Calls Out Birdman In Court Docs

If what TMZ is reporting is true, the YMCMB civil war has gone to a whole new level of drama. According to court documents, Jimmy Winfrey, the alleged shooter of Lil Wayne’s tour bus from the incident back in April, has called out Cash Money Records CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams, essentially claiming that Williams should also be held responsible for the harsh crime along with him. Winfrey claim’s that the shooting was motivated by Williams and his label owing Lil Wayne millions for delayed album Tha Carter V.

“[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime.”

Williams went on record with Power 10.5 FM‘s Angie Martinez on July 21st,  denying the claims in a unique world wide exclusive. Check out the feature’s two parts below. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
