Joe Jonas’ Solo Project
Joe Jonas of The Jonas Brothers is getting ready to take steps to take his career to the next level. He is now the second member of the group to embark on a solo career. Talk of Joe’s solo project began in May 2010, when it was announced that Hollywood Records would be releasing his new solo album in the near future. Unlike his previous projects with his brothers however, Joe’s solo album will have a more mature theme that leans more toward a Rhythmic/Pop direction.
Joe has been in the studio with Rob Knox from production group The Y’s, best known for working with Justin Timberlake’s various music projects. He also mention that producer, Danja had been working on tracks for the album. The first single off of Joe’s forthcoming solo album is called “See No More”, a mid tempo track co-written by Joe and Chris Brown. The song has been very well recieved after its recent release. It received 5,000 spins upon it’s first week on the radio and climbed another 10,000 radio spins to a total of 15,000 spins on the second week. The song is currently the most played song from a Hollywood Records artist.
Joe’s new album will be the second solo albuum from a Jonas Brother on Hollywood Records, he follows his brother Nick’s 2010 album, Who I Am, with his band, Nick Jonas And The Administration.
