#ICYMI: Preview Mariah Carey’s New Role On Empire

In case you missed it, Fox has been releasing a series of teasers to promote the up coming third season its hit musical drama Empire. In the latest of these teasers, which was released on Friday, fans can see a sneak peek of superstar Mariah Carey in action with her upcoming guest-starring role. In her highly anticipated new appearance, Carey plays a singer named Kitty, who joins Jussie Smollett’s character Jamal in the recording studio to record a sultry duet.

The clip also shows Carey’s character Kitty’s first interaction with Taraji P. Henson’s Cookie and introduces the return of Shine, played by rapper Xzibit, and Lucious’ half-brother, Tariq played by Morocco Omari. Enjoy
