Chris Brown Faces Possible Prosecution For Fight With Frank Ocean

A lot has gone one in the music world while we took some time out of the office on assignment.  One of those happenings looks to be an alleged brawl between R&B singers Frank Ocean and Chris Brown.  Reports indicate that Ocean claimed that he was”jumped by chris and a couple guys” this past Sunday when the two exchanged words over a parking spot outside the Westlake Studio in West Hollywood.  The Los Angeles County police investigation cited witnesses stating that Brown Punched Ocean in a fight that also included four other men.  According to Ocean, the scuffle left him with a hand injury that will prevent him from ” [playing] [with] two hands at the grammys.”  Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office has stated that Ocean wishes to pursue  prosecution related to the matter.

If that does indeed happen it could spell big trouble for Chris Brown.  He is already serving a five year probation term for assaulting Rihanna in 2009.  If these new charges are filed against him, he could have his probation revoked.
