Co-written with and produced by super producer RedOne [Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga] and Simon Wilcox [Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato], the track swings from an upbeat bounce into a Middle Eastern-tinged bridge before climaxing on an instantly irresistible falsetto refrain, “This is the way I love her. Don’t wanna touch no other. This is the way I love her. Even though it’s killing me.”
Named one of VEVO dscvr’s ‘ONES TO WATCH IN 2017,’ vocal powerhouse STANAJ kicked off the year with a new EP, From a Distance [LAVA/Republic Records] and U.S. tour with JoJo. STANAJ released his debut EP The Preview [LAVA/Republic Records] all digital retailers last August. Upon its release, the EP entered the Top 10 on iTunes pop chart. Following an incredible debut performance of the song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which garnered public praise from fellow guest Justin Timberlake (Watch it HERE), the EP soared into the Top 15 on iTunes Overall Albums Chart. Timberlake’s cosign follows a bevy of social media endorsements from additional superstars such as Drake, Chris Brown, NBA athlete Brandon Jennings, Kim Kardashian West, Russell Simmons, and more. His follow up single, “Romantic” (NOTD Remix), became a breakout hit on Spotify with nearly 70 million plays worldwide.
