VH1 Reveals New Developments In The Notorious B.I.G. Murder Case That Point To Suge Knight In Updated “Behind The Music”
Last night VH1 aired an updated version of their episode of Behind The Music featuring late Bad Boy Records rapper, The Notorious B.I.G. . The new version of the production contains an interview with a retired detective from the LAPD by the name of Greg Kading. Kading was assigned to the case in 2006 after B.I.G.’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the LAPD. After investigating the case for years Kading claims to have evidence that revealed that Death Row Records’ founder, Marion “Suge” Knight was responsible for the murder, That evidence came in the form of an official confession from one of the mothers of one of Knight’s children. Despite the overwhelming amount of evidence that pointed to Suge, Detective Greg Kading retire in disgust after his efforts were met with indifference and possible police corruption. His work on the B.I.G. case was documented in the 2011 book, Murder Rap. Take a look at two clips below that highlight the updates to the documentary.
