In the wake of several popular books like Harry Potter, The Twilight saga, and now The Hunger Games being boosted by Hollywood into mega cash making brands, it’s pretty clear to see the kind of of invaluable source for creativity and opportunity the tinsel town book club can be.  That fact wasn’t lost on comedian/TV/Radio host Steve Harvey, and former music video director Tim Story.  The two have teamed up to twist Harvey’s advice book for women, Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man, into a fun comedy about a group of guy friends wanting revenge on him for going against all men by giving away their player formula’s.

The Verdict is still out on if Think Like a Man will reach the same acclaim as the other books gone blockbusters. However, we do know that it has served as a magnet for several Hip Hop and R&B stars, who have gotten involved by the handful. In addition to stand outs like Kevin Hart, Morris Chestnut, Gabrielle Union and Jerry Ferrara , the movie also features music biz stars like Chris Brown, Keri Hilson, Kelly Rowland, Ne-Yo and BET’s 106 And Park Terrence J.

Ne-Yo also joins Jennifer Hudson and Rick Ross to makes a significant impact on the movie’s soundtrack through it’s single and music video of the same name.  Check out the video below.  “Think Like A Man” is set to hit theaters this April.

In a music related note, prior to becoming a feature film director, Tim Story made a name for himself by directing well know music videos by Hip Hop and R&B acts like The Lox, Tyrese, Jagged Edge, India Arie, and many others. We’ve listed some of our favorites below as a fun way to show how far he’s come.  Enjoy!
