Taylor Swift is back with the release of the 3rd single from her 3rd studio album, Speak Now called “The Story Of Us.” Taylor revealed to Yahoo Music that it was the last song to be added to her album because of being based on recent happens between her and the song’s subject at an award show. Taylor’s career has been littered with references from her personal life as a signature to her song writing style. In addition to writing about others in her private life in songs like “Fifteen”, and “Tear Drops On My Guitar”, Taylor has most notable used this current album to write about her interactions and relationships with celebrity boyfriends. Some of the guys notably referenced on the Speak Now album reportedly include former boyfriends like Joe Jonas, and Taylor Lautner.
This trend of Speak Now serving as a boyfriend or relationship confessional for swift allegedly continues with “The Story Of Us”.
