Summer 2016 Officially Belonged To Drake
In case you missed it last week, Drake’s “One Dance” set a record for most weeks on top of the R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart. In fact Billboard has crowned the tune, the song of the summer and it isn’t hard to see why. The track dominated the charts consistently with a strong performance from Memorial Day through to Labor Day.
“One Dance”, which features WizKid and Kyla has led the charts all summer, particularly Billboard’s weekly Songs chart. As Billboard aptly put it, “Summer ’16 officially belonged to Drake.” Read more on Billboard.com.

“We’re just working on music, working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio,” he explained. “We’re working on an album, so there’s some exciting things coming up soon.”
Until then, there is still plenty of excitement to enjoy from Drake’s smash album Views. Aside from hits like the album’s lead single, “Hot Line Bling” and third single “Pop Style”, fans can enjoy recently released singles “Controlla” and “Too Good” featuring Rihanna, who he publicly announced his love for at last month’s MTV Video Music Awards. We’ll keep you posted as we learn future details.
