Friend To Clizbeats.com Robin Thicke, has had quite a few months since releasing his latest album Sex Therapy, in December of this past year. The title track to his 4th album has continually grabbed the attention of fans old and new, steaking his claim as one of today’s leading crooners.  From the start, Sex Therapy the album shaped  the some times sexy song singer, into a full fledged leader of sexuality in music period.  In his element and at his best, Sex Therapy’s title track carried the album to the second #1 of his career earlier this month, but the smash lead single isn’t the only thing out there making the album hot.  Also previously highlighted by us at Clizbeats.com, Sex Therapy features “Shakin it 4 Daddy,”  Featuring Nicki Manaj. The song is tailor made for dace clubs, and possibly more so for Strip Clubs everywhere, but our buddy’s charm and overall likability allowed him to walk on  to on to mainstream shows like The Late Show With David Letterman, and The Tonight Show With Conan O’Brian with very little controversy.

Ever since hitting radio, this album has transformed a man who seems to be an otherwise humble person, allowing an inner seductiveness to surface, resurrecting a vibe that can usually only be found in R&B fore fathers like, Marvin Gaye and Barry White.  Now one of his most successful albums to date, the ride is far from over.  In hopes that the album will continue to go strong, and invigorate  even more sales Strar Trak/Interscope has released a single double wammy.  As already hinted at from previous posts,  Thicke will have an international release of album cut “Rollercoasta”,  featuring English R&B songstress, Estelle.  Domestically however, he’s teaming up with Snoop Dogg for the Teddy Riley and Robin Thicke produced track, “It’s In The Morning”, which discusses the distinct uniqueness, passion for, and overall appreciation of, sex in the morning.  That must be when a lot of radio music directors like to get theirs.  “It’s In The Morning” has already received four early adds to the Urban AC playlists in the US, and with Urban AC’s audience audience consisting of established adults that like to keep it “grown and sexy,” it proves that channeling the swagger of singers from yesteryear was the best move for the guy that use to be best known as the son of the guy who played TV dad, Jason Seaver. Management has told us to expect music videos very soon! Do your thing bud!
