Ron Burgundy Gets His “Robin Thicke” On For “Anchorman 2” Soundtrack

The pop stardom of Clizbeats Featured Artist Robin Thicke continues. This time he’s lending his signature sound to a cover of  “Ride Like The Wind.” To put a fresh twist on the 1980 Christopher Cross hit Thicke is joined by comedy star Will Farrell as his Anchorman character Ron Burgundy. Just as fans would expect of Burgundy, Farrell can heard adlibbing on the track. While doing so he introduces Robin, attempts to sing like him, and even thinks that he thinks he sounds better than Thicke. In addition to being a cool take on a classic song, the lead single to the Anchorman 2 soundtrack is essentially a Will Farrell audio comedy skit that happens to feature Thicke and his music. We couldn’t help but crack up with pure delight when we heard it

The Anchorman 2 soundtrack will be released a day before the film on Tuesday Decmber 17^th via Republic Records. Check out complete track listing below. There are plenty of surprises. Enjoy!
