Robin Thicke Begs For His Wife In Heartbreaking New Music Video For “Get Her Back”

Ever since the separation of Robin Thicke and Paula Patton in February Robin has used his music as a tool to try and win his wife back. In late May he took even that to the next level graduating from on stage monologues about the break up to singing about it in his music, making his personal life even more public. The marriage troubles are visually chronicled in his newly released music video for his new single, “Get Her Back.” In the video you will see an emotionally broken down Robin crying as he sings about the loss of his wife. During the video you will also see what appears to be simulated text messages between Robin and Paula during the breakdown of their relationship. As friends and long time supporters of Robins here at Clizbeats, we find this video heartbreaking to watch. However we also know that since Paula has always been the inspiration for Robin’s music, this is just a process that he is going to have to go through creatively. “Get Her Back” is the first single from Robin’s forthcoming seventh studio album, appropriately titled, Paula. As the title indicates It is a return to Robin’s musical roots, basing the themes of his music on most of his personal life.  Unlike his previous album, Blurred Lines, the Paula album was  completely produced by Robin alone. The album will be released on July 1^st via Star Trak/Interscope Records.
