Nick Carter Agrees to Community Service: Bar Fight Charges Dropped

Nick Carter January 2016

Backstreet Boy Nick Carter has been sentenced to 25 hours of community service, and 6 months of court supervision for the misdemeanor battery charge related to his bar fight back in January. According to Gossip Cop, Carter was scheduled to appear in a Key West Florida court on Monday, but the trial was resolved last Thursday. The prosecutor agreed to drop charges against Carter if he agreed to complete community service and pay $300 in court fees.

Although alcohol was a sincere factor in Carter’s January bar fighting, he doesn’t necessarily have to abstain from drinking as long as he stays out of trouble. When you consider that Carter’s movie, Dead 7 hits Syfy Channel airwaves tomorrow, we’re thinking that staying out of trouble will be no trouble.
