Despite all the drama associated with her recent lawsuits against her producer Dr. Luke, and label Sony Music entertainment, it looks like Kehsa is going to release new music this week. The news broke Wednesday, April 27th through famed EDM DJ/producer Zedd. He took to various social media platforms, sharing artwork what appears to bea studio version of his collaboration with Kesha called, “True Colors.” He went on to tweet, “TRUE COLORS OFFICIALLY OUT4/29”
This comes after the pair made headlines recently for their show stopping performance of the song at the Coachella music festival. Considering Kesha’s current legal battles with Dr. Luke and Sony, it’s hard to know what kind of roll out a studio version of this track would have, but Kesha did express her gratitude for Zedd’s help on Tuesday via Instagram.
“It’s a miracle when someone gives you a chance at finding your voice again with no reason other than that he is a f**king beautiful person with a heart of gold @zedd.”
If you haven’t already, we’re betting that you’ll know why she’s so pumped after you hear her performance from Coachella below. Enjoy!
