The internationally-acclaimed group exploded onto the scene last year by injecting a potent mix of swagger and R&B chops into their pop-tinged self-titled debut album, propelled by the smash single “Classic,” which is certified double-platinum in the U.S. and triple-platinum in Australia. Their first-ever headlining US tour last summer drew raves, and the group is anxious to hit the road in the upcoming months in support of their new music. Excited about the buzz already attached to “Bad Girls,” (they performed a sneak-peek of the song at this year’s Billboard Music Awards Red Carpet Pre-Show in Las Vegas) MKTO elaborated about the song to interviewers at the Billboard bash: “We’re pumped up about it.
