Live Nation Offers To Refund Scared British Concertgoers

The folks at Live Nation are feeling for fearful concert attendees too scared to attend upcoming concerts. TMZ is reporting that the company is offering refunds for several UK concerts.  refunds will be available for UK concerts. Sources at Live Nation say they are prepared to offer refunds for concerts featuring Katy Perry, Iron Maiden, KISS, Robbie Williams, Phil Collins, Depeche Mode, and James Arthur. Former Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders also has a sold out show at 02 Academy Brixton.  Live Nation hasn’t announced a formal refund decision for Sanders’ show, but a refund policy is being decided at the company’s worldwide. Headquarters.  As of now it is unclear on if the same courtesy will be extended to concertgoers in the US.

Live Nation’s decision came partly from when British Prime Minister Theresa May made it clear that  another attack “seems imminent.”  A rep for Live Nation told TMZ, “We’ve gotten about a thousand media calls but very few consumer calls asking for refunds.”
