Jive Records confirmed to MTV News and Billboard Magazine that many of the closely guarded details to the highly anticipated new Britney Spears album were leaked from a company sales solicitation sheet. The document discuses several sensitive details related to the album and its production. In addition to reviling the March 15th release date, the information included names of several production and writing contributers to the unnamed album. Some of those names include, long time collaborators Max Martin and Doctor Luke, R&B singer Avant, Stargate, Fraser T Smith, and Boodshy. with executive production from Rodney Jerkins. Other details exposed in the document include a description of the music video for her smash lead single “Hold it Against Me.” Simply put , the video is describe as, “a sexy, edgy, dance piece, directed by Jonas Akerlund and shows Britney at peak form and ability.” With The March 15th release date not all that far away, eyebrows do raise at the document’s leaking, and if it was done truly by mistake, or as a means to build buzz around an album that would naturally thrive when fueled with controversy.
