Lady Gaga’s Releases”No Flood” In Support Of Hurricane Sandy Recovery
Over the weekend, Pop singer Lady Gaga nostalgically reached back into her musical past to try and pulled out one of her lessor known tracks hoping to try and cheer up those on the east coast that were effected by hurricane Sandy. The song she chose was called “No Flood”. “No Flood”, which was originally posted to Youtube back in 2009, was written when she was 16 years old. We found it to be interesting and significant because we know that Gaga has loyally been from New York for years now, and Tweeting it out and sharing it with her very loyal fan base seems to has given the song a whole knew feeling of unity and inspiration.
No one can help when natural disasters like these occur, but we can help what we all do in reaction. Because Gaga is from the effected area of northern New Jersey/New York City, we can only hope that effected Gaga fans can share and work through their pain with her, and know that she more than likely feels it too. Check the track out and see what you think. Cheers!
