Kelly Clarkson Goes Viral With Cover Of “Stay With Me” From Sam Smith

Back in June we posted the cool video of UK Pop/R&B singer, Sam Smith paying tribute to the late Whitney Houston by singing one of his favorite songs of hers at a Sirius XM visit. Now that his own hit “Stay With Me” has made Sam one of the biggest Pop stars in the world, he is getting plenty of famous fans in the music industry of his own. One of those fans was Pop superstar, Kelly Clarkson who was trending yesterday with her enthusiastic cover of “Stay With Me.” The performance of the song from her show in Charlotte, North Carolina went viral, and we are excited to share it with you!

Kelly was not the only one to show love for Sam’s chart topper. Ed Sheeran, Florence And The Machine, The Voice’s Josh Kaufman, and even Vin Diesel have performed other notable covers. “Stay With Me” topped the charts in the US and UK on multiple charts over the summer. Now Sam has moved on to his follow up single “I’m Not The Only One” , which is quickly setting up to be Sam’s second smash hit in a row. There is even a popular remix of the song featuring ASAP Rocky.
