#ICYMI Justin Bieber Being Investigated For Attempted Robbery….And Makes A Fan Cry

It looks like Justin Bieber is now being investigated for an alleged attempted robbery. The incident in question took place on Monday at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park. TMZ exclusively reported that a San Fernando Valley woman told them that she and her daughter saw Justin and his crew playing mini golf and hitting balls at the batting cages. The woman and her daughter wanted to come up and say hello to Justin, however when keeping an eye on him she noticed JB and friends begin to get into an altercation with some guys at the batting cages.

It was then when JB noticed the woman reaching for her cell phone to possibly take photos of the altercation. She told TMZ that it was then when Justin demanded to see her phone so he could erase any photos.  When she refused to hand over the phone, she says he then went into her purse and grabbed it. She then explained to TMZ that she actually tried to wrestle the phone out of Bieber’s hands. He then ripped the phone out of her hands. However, he could not erase any photos because the phone was locked.

Since he could not do it himself Justin then gave the phone back to the woman demanding that she unlock the phone and and show him if she had taken any pictures. She did so, showing him that she had taken no photos of the altercation. She then proceeded to tell him that she was there with her 13-year old daughter and that they just wanted to come over and say hello. Apparently Justin then screamed at her saying, “You’re humiliating yourself in front of your daughter.  Why don’t you just get out of here.”  The woman then said that her daughter started crying, and Justin turned and started screaming at someone else. The woman filed a complaint with the LAPD, and they went to her home yesterday to determine if a crime occurred.
