#ICYMI: Demi Lovato sings “The Star-Spangled Banner” At Game 4 of the World Series
Major props are in order for Demi Lovato. The “Cool For The Summer” singer did her thing, performing the national anthem at the World Series’ Game Four in New York. The singer stunned baseball fans at Citi Field with her chilling rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” flexing her vocal range during the song’s higher register.
Even the newscasters and a few of her famous friends praised her performance.
“@ddlovato did such a great job singing the #NationalAnthem today at the #WorldSeries! She crushed it outta the park!!!” Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted, while Josh Groban wrote, “Wow….@ddlovato can SING.
Great anthem.”
Not a bad way to celebrate the release her poignantly titled album, Confident.
