Over the weekend we reported that Chris Brown is headed to jail. He just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. In a recent report, TMZ says Brown  will be in jail until April 23. He raised concern while in rehab with the statement “I’m good at using guns and knives”. He also violated his probation by being kicked out of the program. Hopefully, a brief stay in jail will help him start thinking straight.

Speaking of rehab, fresh out of rehab rapper Chief Keef, was arrested for a DUI. TMZ reports,  Keef was pulled over for driving with expired tags on March 5, when officers approached the car, it was pretty obvious the rapper had been smoking. He was then arrested an charged with DUI and also charged with driving with a suspended license, as well as having no proof of insurance.

Some things never change.

In other legal news Odd Future rapper, Tyler the Creator was arrested at SXSW, Rolling Stone reports the 23-year-old rapper was arrested for starting a riot. While performing, the rapper urged fans waiting outside to push their way past employees working event, the venue was already at capacity. As he urged the fans to push through, he also apologized to employees, one of whom had allegedly been punched in the face during the rush.

Early on Thursday morning at SXSW, a man dove his car into a crowd, causing 2 deaths and injuring 23 others. A crowd of people had been waiting outside waiting for the Tyler the Creator show which was subsequently cancelled due to the events. Tyler took to Twitter to tweet his disappointment.

Last but definitely not least, soon to be Mr. Kardashian, Kanye West’s fate regarding his paparazzi fight has been decided. According to Rolling Stone, the rapper has been sentenced to two years probation.  West originally plead not guilty to charges of  misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft auto,  but pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge. The grand theft auto charge was dismissed. In exchange for the plea, West must complete 250 hours of community service. If he can manage to stay out of trouble for the next two years, the conviction is said to be expunged from his record. Hopefully soon to be wife, Kim Kardashian and  daughter, North West, can keep the rapper out of trouble.
