Details continue to unfold in the wake of the Manchester terror attack at the Ariana Grande concert Monday night.  Amongst the sadness, CNN’s Anderson  Cooper made sure to praise praise British authorities for their efficient anti-terrorism efforts, when he called into On Air WIth Ryan Seacrest Tuesday morning. Cooper explained that fatalities were minimized because the bomber was denied entry.

“So if there’s any kind of thing that should make people feel any better is that security does work … People’s bags were searched as they came in. It appears as if this person was waiting for the concert to be over as people started to come out and that’s when they chose to detonate the device.”
“It’s likely there will be more arrests,” Cooper told Seacrest. “There’s a lot of surveillance cameras in England so they will clearly have video of this person.”
