It seems like Selena Gomez has been exploring her dark side lately. Back in March she joined James Franco as a gun toting and sexually awakened Spring Break cutie in Spring Breakers, and now she’s joining Ethan Hawk as a tough girl car jacker that jacks the wrong car, and gets into some unexpected craziness in the thriller Getaway. Warner Bros Pictures released the film’s first trailer today. Watch her get her action star on and see what you think.

Speaking of action, she seems to be asking for a lot of it in the music to her Stars Dance album. First, there was “Come & Get It”, and now as of Monday the Pop star has released “Slow down” A lyrically seductive dance groove that describes the desire of slowing down the song because she wants to feel your body right next to mine all night long.” The song’s lyrics are the right blend of reliably playful, and hedonistic.  Will this new Cataracts produce track become your staple favorite when you want to “Slow Down” the song?  Check it out below and see what you think.
