Good Charlotte, New Deal With Capitol Records Marks Release of New Album

After many delays, song changes and re-recording and new production, Good Charlotte is finally getting ready to release their 5th Studio album. The album, now titled Cardiology was originally meant for release in 2009. But there were many reasons why the projects title and direction always continued to change. Ultimately, the guys reemerged with a new record deal with Capitold Records and a release date for the finally completed Cardiology . The album is due on October 26, 2010 from the newly formed relationship with the band and Capitold Records.

The finished version is produced by acclaimed Pop/Rock producer, Don Gilmore who is best known for his work with the likes of Linkin Park, Trapt, Sugar Ray, Eve 6 and Arvril Lavigne. The first single is “Like Its Her Birthday.” It was sent to radio this week. Take a listen
