Flo Rida

With dance/pop producers like David Guetta setting the pace for what’s hot in music today, it makes perfect sense for Flo Rida to team up with him to make one of the club’s hottest summer anthems Now Mr. Rida is back, but this time he’s teaming up with hit makers from yester year, who are more famous for teaming up with Matthew Broderick then any major pop stars. Single number 2 called, “Turn Around (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)”For Turn around”, Flo Rida cleverly samples a rift from the band Yello’s 1985 break through surprise hit, “Oh Yeah.” While “Oh Yeah” is known as an iconic staple that has contributed to the background grove of everything from Nip /Tuck to Soul Plane, and famously serves as the the theme music for for Duff Man, of animated classic The Simpsons. It is thanks to 80’s classic movie Farris Buller’s Day Off, that the American public first discovered the record, and allowed it to steadily infect the consciousness of everyone including Flo Rida.

Flo Rida’s sample of “Oh Yea” is almost duet like duet like mega mixed for todays club goers of the dance/hip hop generation. (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) Turn around can be found along with Flo Rida’s current lead single “Club Can’t Handle Me,” due to hit stores on November 30th. In The mean time we have provided “(5. 4, 3, 2, 1) Tun Around” along with “Oh Yeah” to compare for your enjoyment..
