FIFTH HARMONY ANNOUNCED TO PERFORM ON THE “MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS” RED CARPET PRE-SHOW – NOMINATED FOR ARTIST TO WATCH MOONMAN
Fifth Harmony(August 11th, 2014 — New York, NY) — Pop quintetFifth Harmony (Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello, and Dinah Jane) have been announced as one of the performers on the red carpet during the 2014 “MTV Video Music Awards” pre-show airing LIVE from The Forum on Sunday, August 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The girls’ will perform their new girl power anthem “BO$$”. They are also nominated for their very first moonman in Artist To Watch Category.
They were nominated for six Teen Choice Awards and presented the Choice Web Star awards to Bethany Mota and Tyler Oakley at the show which aired last night on Fox. Earlier this year they won their first ever major awards at the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards when the picked up trophies for Breakout Artist of The Year and Best Song To Rock Out To With Your BFF.
“BO$$” is the first single from Fifth Harmony’s upcoming debut album to be released this fall. The single was released in July and immediately shot into the top 10 on the iTunes single chart and has topped Billboard’s Real Time Chart several times. The girls performed “BO$$” for the first time on TV on July 11th during their Today Show outdoor Summer concert on July 11th.
