Drake Has A New Album Ready To Go
Cash Money Records CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams was recently quoted by Billboard discussing that Grammy night will be “the highlight of their life. This year we got something in store. We got a new record coming out this year. It’s just one of those nights that, after seeing each other together, that’ll be like the highlight of our night, the highlight of our life, the highlight of our year.”
It appears that, for the folks at Cash Money, the momentousness of Grammy night is going to be centered around Drake. Universal Music has confirmed that Drake Will debut the first single to his forthcoming third album on music’s biggest night. Drake’s last album, Take Care spent 12 weeks at number, 1 and has sold 1.9 million copies.
In the mean time his latest contribution to the music world is with Pop star Justin Bieber. “Right Here”, an album cut from Bieber’s Believe has been serviced to radio as the album’s next single. Does that mean a video is to follow? We’re not sure yet, but it look’s like there’s a lot to follow for Drake. Photos have already been circulating of Drake and director Little X on the set of a video shoot. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. Cheers!
