To celebrate the release, the Los Angeles four-piece fronted by multiplatinum superstar Joe Jonas, with drummer Jack Lawless, bassist/keyboardist Cole Whittle, and guitarist JinJoo, performed their debut single “Cake By The Ocean” on ABC’s Good Morning America this morning. They will also take the stage tonight for a special release show in Brooklyn at The Knitting Factory.

This week, the group announced dates for “The Greatest Tour Ever, Tour” which will see the band play their first shows in major markets across the U.S.  Tickets are on sale now and available at VIP packages can be purchased through the Host app [] downloadable at the Apple App Store and Google Play. Los Angeles electro-pop duo POWERS provides support on all dates (see attached itinerary).

DNCE just wrapped up a string of packed shows at CMJ and premiered their highly anticipated video for “Cake By The Ocean” via Entertainment Weekly. Directed by Black Coffee and Gigi Hadid, the video- which depicts an epic international cake fight, stars The Fat Jew, with appearances from an array social media stars including Tina Louise, Katya Henry, Candice Huffine, Mara Teigen, Anastasia Ashley, Emily Skye, Hunter McGrady, Cristal Serrano and Mikalah Sultan.

Since its release, the single has been one of the most added songs at Pop Radio.  The song recently entered the Top 10 on Shazam’s US Future Hits chart, with Spotify streams currently exceeding 4.2 million.  What’s more, “Cake By The Ocean” climbed to #1 on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 Chart and US Viral 50 Chart. Last month, DNCE made their national television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Formed in the summer of 2015, DNCE first introduced themselves to audiences with the unexpected release of their debut single “Cake By The Ocean.” The band is fronted by superstar JOE JONAS, who has been working to bring DNCE to life ever since The Jonas Brothers disbanded in 2013 (after moving 17 million records worldwide and becoming worldwide stars). The group is rounded out by South Korean guitarist JinJoo who JONAS first met when she was playing lead guitar for Jordin Sparks—the opener of The Jonas Brothers’ 2009 world tour. A virtuoso in her own right, she’s toured with everybody from Charli XCX to CeeLo Green. Then, there’s bassist and keyboardist, Cole Whittle, who co-founded New York alternative dance trailblazers, Semi Precious Weapons. DNCE drummer, Jack Lawless, stepped behind the kit for The Jonas Brothers in 2006 and went on to become their full-time drummer. He’s also toured with Night Terrors of 1927 and Soft Swells.
