Country, Soul And Sex Appeal, Jessie James is "Wanted" Apr 18, 2009
Meet Mercury Records/Island Def Jam Music Group’s newest Country/Pop sensation, Jessie James! Jessie is a Country/Pop singer/song writer that sings with absolute power! She has vocals that can compete with the likes of Christina Aguilera, mixed with the Pop sensability of Katy Perry combined with the Country/Pop sex appeal of Carrie Underwood. This girl has the whole package!
Jessie is probably best known for being featured in the movie and soundtrack to Touchstone Pictures,Confessions Of A Shopaholic with her song, “Blue Jeans.” Now she is preparing to release her self titled debut album. The album’s first single is “Wanted” an appropriately titled catchy Pop song about only wanting to be wanted by one person. It was co-written by Jessie, David Hodges and new American Idoljudge, Kara DioGuardi. In a world where Country singers become full blown Pop stars like Taylor Swift and Shania Twain, Jessie James is all that and more. She is a new favorite of Clizbeats.com!
