CHARLIE PUTH UNVEILS OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO FOR NEW SINGLE “ATTENTION”
Multi-Grammy nominee and Atlantic recording artist Charlie Puth released his hugely anticipated new single, “Attention” last Thursday night. “Attention,” which was co-written by Puth and JKash and produced solely by Puth, is the first release from Puth’s forthcoming sophomore album and follow-up to 2016’s now RIAA platinum certified debut album,NINE TRACK MIND. Artist Partner Group (APG) and Atlantic Records partnered with Snapchat to create a fun Lens with Charlie’s new single “Attention.” When activated, the black-and-white Lens adorns Snapchatters with cool, rounded sunglasses; while the rear-facing camera decorates the world with floating jellyfish.
Recently named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” ranking, Puth premiered the new single last week via an immersive music experience dubbed “The Attention Room,” which is located at 8017 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. The Attention Room features a spectacular LED infinity tunnel, soundtracked by “Attention,” with visuals that were designed to replicate the brain’s reaction to receiving attention. As a result, The Attention Room experience creates a rush of excitement and joy, similar to the feelings inspired by the new single itself.
