Atlantic Records just officially released the first single off of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. The song is a powerful ballad called “It Will Rain”, by Pop superstar, Bruno Mars! ”It Will Rain” is now available on iTunes worldwide, with the official UK release to follow on October 31st. Atlantic Records has handled the release of all the music from the previous three movies of the Twilight Saga. It has allowed the label to shine its spotlight on such staple Alternative bands like Death Cab For Cuttie, Paramore, Muse and many others. Bruno is now added to this long list of performers that have benefited from the popularity of the Twilight Saga. The success of these soundtracks has breathed new life in the idea of full length soundtrack albums being marketed with films in the digital age. This music has proven that consumers still love music when it has become a big part of not just Pop music, but Pop culture in general.
