His brand new album, Lace Up debuted strongly at #2 on the ITunes Album chart from EST 19XX/Bad Boy/Interscope Records. This is because it was one of the biggest “pre-ordered” albums for ITunes for 2012. This is largely thanks to MGK’s grass roots online “Lace Up” movement of hundreds of thousands of fans. The album features his hit singles, “Invincible” featuring Ester Dean, “Wild Boy” featuring Wacka Flocka Flame, and “Stereo”, which was originally found on his “Lace Up” mixtape last year! The album is full of heart and gives a voice to the underdogs for Hip Hop fans everywhere. Along with songs MGK has made famous thanks to his mixtapes, MGK is joined by an allstar cast of Hip Hop’s greatest to help elevate his project to a higher level.
